Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of domain, hosting, email, server, cloud, migration, support, and related services offered through TechnoHosts.
TechnoHosts is a project and service brand operated by TechnoSofts. By purchasing or using a TechnoHosts service, the customer enters into an agreement with TechnoSofts.
TechnoHosts is a project and service brand operated by TechnoSofts and is not represented as a separately registered legal entity.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Use services lawfully.
- Keep website applications and passwords secure.
- Maintain independent backups of critical information.
- Pay invoices by their due dates.
- Respond to verification or abuse enquiries.
- Ensure uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use services for:
- Illegal content or activity
- Malware distribution
- Phishing
- Fraud
- Spam
- Copyright infringement
- Unauthorised access
- Credential theft
- Botnets
- Attacks on other networks
- Resource abuse
- Prohibited adult or exploitative content
- Terrorism or violent extremist content
- Activities that damage server stability or reputation
Suspension
Services may be suspended where:
- Payment is overdue
- Abuse is reported
- Security is at risk
- Account verification fails
- The service affects other customers
- Law or authority requires action
- Terms have been materially violated
Renewals
Hosting, domains, email, SSL, and other recurring services must be renewed before expiry. TechnoHosts is not responsible for interruption caused by unpaid or expired services.
Third-Party Services
Some services depend on domain registries, data centres, certificate authorities, software vendors, payment processors, or external infrastructure providers. Their terms may also apply.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
Changes
Services, features, prices, and terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
